Who Is Alexee Trevizo Baby Father? Alexee Trevizo Husband

Alexee Trevizo, a 19-year-old woman from Artesia, has been in the spotlight ever since her arrest on May 11, 2023, for the alleged murder of her newborn child, as well as for Abuse of a Child and Tampering with Evidence.

This all happened in a lavatory at Artesia General Hospital, where Trevizo was giving birth. The reports that she tied her child in a bag and hid it beneath the toilet trash can are disturbing.

Hospital employees found her newborn son’s body in the trash, prompting police to investigate.

On January 27, medical workers notified the Artesia Police Department that they had discovered the infant’s body in a bathroom trashcan.

Alexee was airlifted to Roswell, New Mexico’s Lovelace Medical Center, at the time of the incident, after months of inquiry. The police finally caught up with her and arrested her.

What did Alexee Trevizo do with her newborn?

The complaint states that Trevizo initially sought treatment at Artesia General Hospital for lower back pain. When asked by doctors, she said she wasn’t pregnant.

She spent an excessive amount of time there. After some time, the worried hospital staff used a key to unlock the door.

There is a record of Alexee using the restroom at 1:39 am, leaving at 1:57 am, and finding the baby at 2:26 am. Sad to say, he was declared deceased a few minutes later.

After medical professionals discovered Alexee’s body in a trash bag, they confronted her, as seen on body cam footage released by authorities. The doctor announces, “We discovered a dead baby in the bathroom.”

Alexee Trevizo parents statement

Alexee’s mother comforts her sobbing daughter by saying. “Lexie, I told you about this.” “I’ve only asked you to be honest with me.”

Trevizo visited the emergency room due to back pain. Alexei denied having sex and hid in the bathroom, but testing proved she was pregnant.

When medical staff finally convinced her to unlock the bathroom door, they found her cleaning up blood.

A nurse on tape warned a police officer that she thought the woman had hurt herself. Alexee was accused of murder after her baby’s body was found in a trash can. The nurse reports that “she killed the kid” to the police officer.

Alexee’s mother’s expression of shock as the nurse announces her son’s full term is captured on camera.

She then cautions Alexee that jail time is a real possibility. “Lexee, have you watched the news of the girls — what they do to their babies, and they go to jail?” she asks Alexee.

Alexee’s mom takes off to phone her spouse (Alexee’s dad, we’re assuming) and then comes back to grill her on the details.

The youngster says she has no recollection of where the baby came from. An officer tells Alexei’s mother to be patient.

Alexee was transported to a different facility since she was still bleeding and hadn’t delivered the placenta, as seen in the film.

After the autopsy revealed that the baby most likely died of suffocation shortly after birth, prosecutors decided to press charges against Alexee.

Police investigate the case

On March 28, 2023, investigators from the Artesia Police Department. They met with prosecutors from the 5th Judicial District Attorney’s Office to discuss a case.

A criminal complaint was accepted on May 10, 2023. And the suspect and the victim’s mother were formally charged.

The burden of Alexee’s compliance with the conditions of her release falls on her parents. Alexee will be re-arrested by the police if she breaks the requirements of her release.

Is Alexee Trevizo released now?

District Judge David Finger in Eddy County, New Mexico, set her bond at $100,000 cash only. Thanks to the discharge, she can now return to school and finish her degree.

There is no house arrest or ankle monitoring for Alexee. However, she is subject to a curfew and counseling sessions from 7 am to 7 pm.

She can only leave the country to see her relatives in Texas. The judge ordered that all future trips outside of the state be canceled.
