Tyler Roesel's Men's Ice Hockey Recruiting Profile

Personal Statement

I strive for success on and off the ice.    I have a strong work ethic, am very coachable, and am a dedicated team player. I graduated high school with a 4.3 GPA, Summa Cum Laude.  I'm an assistant coach for Accelerate Goaltending, Hershey HS, and volunteered as a student hockey coach for the Carolina Hurricanes First Goal and Blind Hockey programs, Capital City Crew (Boys and Girls Club), Polar Ice House (KinderCanes and Learn to Play), and raise money annually for cancer research with October Saves Goalie Challenge.

I was unable to play in the  2021/2022 season due to an injury.   For the 2020/2021 season, I played for the NJ 87s and our team won the Frozen Final Championship.

For 2022/2023 I will continue playing Junior hockey to further my development and I have committed to play for the Hershey Cubs for my final season.  I later look forward to making a positive impact at the college or university I attend.
