Based on the fact the Seahawks have one of the deepest rosters in the NFL, they will have some very tough decisions to make on cut down day. Running back Spencer Ware is a guy Seattle would like to keep, but it would be hard to justify keeping five backs.
Head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider would have liked to see more out of defensive tackle Tony McDaniel, yet he rarely showed up when called upon during the preseason.
Safety Winston Guy is a player who has flashed in the past, but failed to consistently put it all together. Moreover, his suspension last year hurt his ability to gain valuable reps.
