Reena Dutta (born 4 September 1968) is an Indian Filmmaker, Producer and Director from Mumbai, India. She is popularly known as the first wife of Aamir Khan (Bollywood actor). She has also made a successful career of her own in movies with Aamir.
In fact, the couple led the founding of Aamir Khan Productions. He entered the entertainment industry with “Qayamat se Qayamat Tak” . Still, Reena didn’t try her hand at acting.
Later, she began dating struggling actor Aamir. Those days they used public phones to chat with each other. Soon, they secretly got married in 1986. At that time, Ms. Dutta was busy with her movies like “Raman Effect” and “The Doctor”.
