Personal Statement
My collegiate goals and aspirations will continue to be the same goals and aspirations I currently have in High school. One goal, in particular, is to set a high standard for myself equally in my studies and athletics. It is as important for me to get an “A” In class, as it is to make a big play for my team. I feel, the one thing that makes me different or separates me from other recruits would be my effort. To me personally, there is no such thing as a play off whether it be a game or practice. I play at full speed for every play, no matter what. My effort and hard work is recognized by both coaches and other players. The hard work has made other teammates look up to me and respect my work ethic, which has put me in a welcomed leadership role. A role that is easier when things are going well but challenging when you have to have the difficult talk with someone who is not playing to their potential. To summarize the vision that I have for my next chapter, would be to attend a school where I can take all that I have learned from my four years at Don Bosco Prep, both on the field and in classroom, and use this foundation to further my education and football journey.
