The obscene p*rn clip was on display for about three minutes from 9:56 AM to 10 AM. It was removed when the people who were subjected to this vile activity started complaining.
Danapur RPF senior commandant Prakash Kumar Panda said the Patna RPF immediately took action and lodged an FIR against the agency under the RPF act.
Two separate FIRs have been lodged against Messrs M Dutta Studio Company Private Limited under the RPF, and IT acts.
According to some sources, the authorities are working on blacklisting the company.
The agency that messed up so badly was given the contract to make regular announcements regarding the arrival and departure of trains at Patna junction.
Unsurprisingly, the railway authorities have canceled the agency’s contract, and their top officials have been summoned for an investigation.
The man in charge of making the announcements at the time of the incident fled the scene as soon as he could.
If he fails to show up before the RPF team or does not agree to cooperate with the authorities, then railway security forces will issue an arrest warrant against him.
Other people responsible for this heinous and disgusting act will also be taken into custody by the police if they refuse to cooperate.
The authorities have kept the video as evidence and will use it if the case goes to trial.
