There doesn't appear to be much separation between the top wide receiver prospects in the 2024 NFL draft.
One anonymous personnel executive told Jeff Howe of The Athletic that it will be difficult for teams to choose between LSU's Malik Nabers, former Washington wideout Rome Odunze, and Ohio State's Marvin Harrison Jr. in the first round of the draft.
"You have to look at: What does your receiver room look like?" the NFL executive said. "Then figure out which element you're missing. They're all No. 1s. It's like picking your favorite flavor of ice cream."
Both Nabers and Odunze surpassed 1,500 receiving yards in 2023, while Harrison Jr. racked up 1,211 yards in 12 games. The Buckeyes' top wideout was the recipient of the 2023 Biletnikoff Award, which is given to the most outstanding receiver in the country. Nabers and Odunze were the two other finalists for the award.

In B/R's most recent mock draft, the players were selected with three consecutive picks at the top of the first round. Harrison Jr. went to the Arizona Cardinals at No. 4, Odunze was picked by the Los Angeles Chargers at No. 5, while Nabers was selected with the No. 6 pick by the New York Giants.
The three receivers appear to have separated themselves from the rest of the pack, although it still seems as though front offices are split on deciding which one will hear their name called first when the draft begins on Thursday at 8 p.m. ET.
