Personal Statement
I am dedicated to being the best at everything I put my mind to and crave a good challenge. I have played volleyball for the past 5 years, 4 years in high school (1 Freshman, 3 Varstiy), and 1 year in club and intramural tournaments. I strive to maintain a 3.5 or higher GPA and currently hold at 3.8, pushing to a goal in finishing out with a 4.0. In addition to the challenges I face in athletics and high school academics, I am already getting a head start in taking advantage of the University of New Mexico dual credit program. My goals are to get accepted in to a reputable University, play D1 Volleyball, earn a degree in the medical field, and start a career as a medical examiner or similiar position. I feel I would be an excellent candidate for your team because I never give up, I constantly push to better myself and the team, I love being part of a team and bringing my character, skills and ideas to the table. I also accept criticism and negative feedback, both as an individual and as a team, as it is important in growth.
