Mr. Rickey Thomas, 65, of Chesapeake, VA, entered eternal rest on August 14, 2023. He was born on May 29, 1958, in Portsmouth, Virginia, to the late Juanita Thomas and Percy Anderson of Portsmouth, Virginia.
