Big Sky actress Kylie Bunbury was born to her parents Kristi Novak and Alex Bunbury.
After Kylie was born, her family famous moved to various places. From her birthplace in Montreal, Canada, the family first shifted to England for two years. The actress then lived in Portugal for seven years before settling in Minnesota.

Kylie Bunbury's mother Kristi Novak graduated from Lindbergh High School in Saint Louis, Missouri, in 1981, as per her Facebook.
Kristi is of Swedish and Polish descent. The actress' mother had an interview with Fox 9 where she talked about her daughter and stated that her daughter followed her dream. Novak added that she was incredibly proud of her daughter for fulfilling her ambitions to become an established figure in the entertainment industry.
Kristi also added that Kylie was a performer and loved performing on stage. She visited her daughter on the LA sets in 2016 and met some of her co-stars during her visits.
Novak stated that her daughter's annual visits to Minnesota kept her grounded. She motivates and gives confidence to the 33-year-old actress to follow her dreams.
On May 14, 2018, Bunbury posted a photo with her mom on Instagram on the occasion of Mother's Day. She captioned that her love for Kristi was boundless, unconditional, and constant.
The previous year, Kylie posted a photo stating that it was her favorite photo of her mom Kristi when she was pregnant with Bunbury's brother.
The picture was taken in Madeira in Portugal, which they loved for some time. Bunbury thanked her mother for her unconditional, absolute, and profound love.
Father Alex Bunbury
Kylie's father Alex Bunbury is of Guyanese and Canadian heritage. He is a former professional soccer player who played as a striker.
Alex was born on June 18, 1967, in Plaisance, Guyana, and is 55 years old. The player started his career by playing with the Hamilton Steelers and had a one-year spell in Canadian Soccer League.
After his season for West Ham United, in 1993, the striker moved to Portugal and worked in CS Maritimo. He became one of the all-time highest goalscorers with 59 goals in Primeira Liga.
Later, Alex also won the Foreign Player of the Year Award and scored fifteen goals in the 1998-99 campaign.
In 1999, Kylie's father moved closer to his hometown, played for two seasons with the Kansas City Wizards of Major League Soccer, and later retired from his career as a football player.
Alex played in three games at the 1985 FIFA World Youth Championship throughout his career. He also represented the country in 30 FIFA World cup qualifiers and FIFA Futsal World Championship.
Bunbury played for Maritimo in Portugal during his 13 years as a professional football player. He represented the Canadian national team and became a soccer coach and trainer after retirement.
Alex runs a soccer academy called Alex Bunbury Soccer Academy where he trains individuals to develop brilliance on and off the football field.
