Martyn Ford aka “ The Nightmare or Helmet ” (born 26 May 1982) is a British Bodybuilder, Actor, Gym Owner, Fitness Model, Instagram Star and Personal Trainer from Birmingham, England. He has also appeared in many movies like Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017), Redcon-1 (2018) and Accident Man (2018). The 36-year-old bodybuilder is also a director of Ignite Nutrition, a health supplement and sportswear brand.
