I also went to the gym 3-4 times a week and worked different muscle groups. I focused a lot on my back and shoulder muscles because they were the most stressed muscles due to a lot of sword fighting scenes. I swung a lot of kettlebells and swords. This prepared me for the upcoming scenes like sword fighting and archery. Regarding my diet, I have to be honest that it was carb and dairy free. I needed to lose a little weight and lower my body fat. “
