Kylie Jenner on The Simpsons is something we never quite expected for our spooky must-watch TV list. She stars on the NFT episode, Treehouse of Horror XXXIV, and even her Simpsons character has lip filler. The ‘controversial’ cameo has sent the show’s long-time fans into fury.
The Simpsons ‘ruling the cryptoverse’ is a concept we’re only just getting over. So when Kylie Jenner joined the mix, it was even more of a shock. It may be a small cameo, but a Kardashian being on the cartoon is getting mixed views. And guess what? She’s playing a version of none other than… herself.

A hooded Kylie Jenner played herself alongside Jimmy Fallon and Rob Gronkowski. They are unveiled as the safeguards of the cryptoverse, to which Homer says: “I thought you were just celebrity shills.”
Kylie’s character tells Homer: “Ugh, we would never promote a technology if we didn’t understand the distributed leisure underpinning it.” She is later seen giving Marge a key to a backdoor.
With lip filler and a face full of make-up, Kylie gives Marge a USB and says, “This key is a backdoor to blockchain’s crypto protocol,” and quickly takes a selfie with Homer’s wife.

Kylie tells Marge on The Simpsons NFT episode, Treehouse of Horror XXXIV, “Once you’re inside, find Bart and use it to get both of you out.” And that’s the last we see of Kylie on the cartoon series!
Even The Kardashians official Twitter page said they “can’t wait” to see the Jenner on the show. Hulu, which shows the episode on their platform, responded, “Our worlds colliding.”
According to showrunner Matt Selman, one reason she made her way onto the episode is because The Kardashians is on Hulu, which along with The Simpsons is all part of the Disney family, Yahoo reports.

‘Keep Kardashians away’
When Kylie starred on The Simpsons, most longtime viewers weren’t happy. A Reddit thread discussing her debut has urged the producers to “keep the Kardashians away”.
One fan said: “ugh. Keep kardashians away from.. well.. everything.” Another penned: “I sense this is gonna be a controversial cameo, even if a small one.”
“I know that The Simpsons has sunk to a few lows, but Kylie Jenner? They let her guest star and in a Treehouse of Horror no less?” reacted a Simpsons fan.
