Personal Statement
I would describe myself as a hard worker and someone who never gives up. What has influenced me to become that is my life background. When having only your mom around who can barely find a job and 2 younger brothers who look up to you things can get rough. That's why I work hard to help my mom and get ahead in life. I became interested in the game of football around the age of 8. I have learned a lot through this game.How to be a leader,how to control anger, and just to be a better man overall. I've also had to overcome obstacles like a swollen knee or a dislocated thumb. The obstacle was that I couldn't play but I had to be patient and get healthy first.
Besides football I would like to finish every high school semester with a 3.0 of higher but I must stay on top of my grades. I would also like to graduate with honors. In college academically I would like to earn a bachelors degree. A skill that I have athletically is that I'm always aware, meaning I can see a defender coming in for the tackle so I avoid it. Also I can ready the offense pretty well and know what they will be doing before the ball is snapped. I am also a play maker great hands,routes, and quick.
