Jennifer Pedranti husband William Pedranti is a partner at PENG Life Science Ventures. William has co-founded several biotech companies in his career.
William graduated from the University of Southern California receiving his degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship in 1994. He then attended Georgetown University Law Center between 1997 and 2000 from where he graduated with his JD degree.
According to his LinkedIn profile, William started his career with Latham & Watkins LLP as an Attorney in 2000. He worked with the firm for nearly four years until March 2004 before switching to Spectrum Pharmaceuticals.
He joined Spectrum Pharmaceuticals as a Vice President and General Counsel. William was also a member of the executive committee at the firm. He worked with the company for a little over six years until May 2010.
He then worked with a small biotech firm to help them launch their first commercial project as Life Science Advisor for 9 months between May 2010 and January 2011. He worked for Gordon & Rees LLP for a year between January 2011 and February 2012.
Pedranti has also worked with other companies including Gordon & Rees LLP, Snell & Wilmer, Hall Estill, Inflammatory Response Research, Inc., and Just C, Inc, among others.
William also co-founded Scilex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., IACTA Pharmaceuticals, and PENG Life Science Ventures, among others. He sold one of his companies for over $70 million according to his LinkedIn profile.
