Jake Paul will not take the field for the Cleveland Browns
Just when everyone thought that the Browns were done with signing controversial figures, they decided to strike again. Although their latest signing isn’t as controversial a figure as Watson, he sure is hated by a lot of people.
Jake Paul is one of the most polarizing Internet personalities and although he is a boxer, YouTuber, Comedian, Producer and a musician, he isn’t known for his football skills.
So why have the Cleveland Browns signed him? Well, the answer to this query is that Paul’s signing is more of a publicity move rather than anything else. He isn’t coming onto the team as a player, in fact, his job would be to make and handle team contracts.

Paul has been given a contract by the Browns to work as a Junior Associate Content Assistant. So it is clear that he’ll be paid the big bucks for doing the off-field work. However, it is a given that he will be seen on the screens a lot more whenever the Browns will be in action.
Strategically, this looks like a bold move from the Browns who are trying to target a certain kind of audience by giving Jake a contract. How successful will this move be? Only time will tell.
