Personal Statement
My name is Gregory Weiss and I am a 18-year-old Senior at Kihei Charter High School in Maui, Hawai'i. I have been playing baseball since the age of three and it's been my passion ever since. I run a 6.7 and throw 90mph. I throw and hit right-handed. My primary position is center field, my secondary is second base and pitcher. I believe I am a top outfielder.
When I'm off the field I enjoy bodyboarding, spearfishing, and working out. I started playing baseball at 3-4 years old and I was introduced by my dad. Baseball taught me how to be a team player, how to stay motivated. My academic goals are to have a 3.5 GPA, or higher, and to be respected in the classroom. I've had to overcome many obstacles to get to where I am now. I believe I have a unique personality, and according to my peers and teammates, I have a pretty good sense of humor.
