Mrs. Francine G. Jones was born on September 24, 1959 in Portsmouth, VA to the late John Walker, Sr. and Thelma Brown. She was called home on July 22, 2020. She received her education in Portsmouth Public School System throughout her life. Francine was employed at various jobs such as nursing, cooking, Usher at church and taking care of her family and friends. She loved to fish, bowl and helping others. Whenever you call her, she would come running. She was loved by many. Francine was predeceased by three sisters, Jacqueline Parker (Harry), Pamela Flythe (Andrew), Dorethea Long (Ricky) and one brother, Napoleon Small (Maxine). She leaves to cherish her memory her special friend, Willie Elam; four sons, Aaron Woodson, Jr. (LaTisha Woodard), Author Woodson, Tunto Woodson, Antonio Woodson; two, Belinda Mitchell (John Mitchell) Chiquita Woodson (Duck); twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Elizabeth Jefferson (Jeff), Martha Scott, Rosetta Walker; three brothers, John Small (Elaine), James Small (Chris), John Walker, Jr and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
