Dywanna Renee Harris Copeland – Metropolitan Funeral

Dywanna Renee Harris-Copeland left her earthly home on March 14, 2022, surrounded by the love of her family. Dywanna is the daughter of the late Clifton Harris and Margert M. Riddick. Dywanna’s childhood began in the South Norfolk area of Chesapeake, Virginia and later in Chesterfield Heights in Norfolk, Virginia. She was educated in the Norfolk Public School system and furthered her studies at Virginia Union University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Dywanna worked over 30 years in accounting for several fortune 500 companies before entering her true passion of taking care of her family. She mastered the art of caregiving and made it look seamless. Dywanna’s loyalty to the ones she loved was unmatched!

Dywanna was a champion cheerleader full of spirit, whether on the field, basketball court, dance floor or LIFE’s playbook. You could always count on her to be screaming your name wherever you were. Her support had no limits. She was always your biggest fan! Dywanna lived a LIFE OF SERVICE. She was the perfect EXAMPLE of God’s grace. She was a humble woman with a big soul that was there to offer a helping hand with a full smile. Dywanna was loved by all who crossed her path. Her welcoming spirit and infectious smile met no strangers and held no malice. Dywanna was a DEVOTED Wife, MOM, Daughter and Friend.

Dywanna leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Ricardo Copeland, her phenomenal bonus father, Major F. Riddick, Sr., her son, Keenen Harris (Morgan), her daughter, Kenya Harris, four grandchildren, Khristian, Kaiden, Kason and Keyari. One stepbrother, Major F. Riddick, Jr. (Minerva), one stepsister, Katrina Riddick, and sister Carolyn Clark (Michael). One niece, Myrica Riddick, and a host of extended family, surrogate parents, cousins, bonus sisters, daughters and life-long friends.
