As well as being a co-founder of a global brand, Mona Kattan is now a Netflix star in 2023.
The Dubai Bling cast member is dressed head-to-toe in designer clothes in season 2 and that’s because she has the net worth to do so.
Mona and her two sisters, Alya and Huda Kattan, formed Huda Beauty in 2013.
Forbes writes: “Elder sister Alya was the initial investor in the business, putting in $6,500 for the first batch of products.”
Ten years later, the brand is globally recognized. In 2020 it was estimated by Forbes as having annual sales of $250 million.

Huda Kattan’s net worth
Mona, 37, and her sister, Huda, 40, have done so well for themselves in the business world they’ve both gone on to launch more companies after Huda Beauty.
Speaking on Dubai Bling, Mona explains she’s “got to be independent” and is branching out into her own project without her sister.
She added she “doesn’t want to be in Huda’s shadow” despite being inspired by her sister. Huda has a net worth of $400 million per Forbes.

Dubai Bling star starts her own company
During Dubai Bling season 2 episode 2, Mona explains to DJ Fade why she’s putting the brakes on when it comes to starting a family.
While her husband, Hassan, is keen to become a father, Mona is super focused on her business.
She started her fragrance brand, Kayali, in 2018. She’s also now working on another company to bring other people’s business dreams to life.
Mona said she’s “taken a whole floor in our building and I’m fitting it out right now.”
The business is a “creativity lab” formed to “invest in other startups.”
She added it’s a “lot of risk and investment” and her first project without her family members.
The Dubai Bling star lists her many job roles on LinkedIn including being a brand founder, “entrepreneur, investor, board member, public speaker, and mentor.”
