Dr Pimple Popper squeezes James’ 25-year-old ‘scrambled egg’ back cysts Sun 18 February 2024 14:00 Kiesha Dosanjh

Dr Pimple Popper has dealt with many old bumps and lumps in her time, and patient James has had his back cysts for over 25 years. After a quarter of a century of suffering, there was only one doctor the patient could call.

The TLC show has been entertaining fans and helping patients for years. So as we eagerly wait for a new season announcement, let’s throw it back to the time Dr Pimple Popper removed not one, but two of James’ back cysts.

Dr Pimple Popper James has ‘two demons’ on his back

James has two large lumps on his back and says the smaller one, which is right on his spine is “squishy” and feels like it has gel in it.

The bigger one feels a “little harder,” as the patient says it feels like there’s a golf ball in there, trying to escape from his skin.

He first noticed the bumps 25 years ago, and they’ve continued to get bigger and bigger, and “more disgusting.”

Due to the bumps, he’s become extremely self-conscious and it’s stopped him from doing everyday things such as going to the beach, so he’s hoping Dr Sandra Lee can help him get his life back.

As he heads to Dr Pimple Popper’s office, she says she figures the bumps are cysts, as it’s very unlikely to have two lipomas so close to each other.

As always, Dr Lee is up for the challenge as James takes to the operating bed, and as always is successful, as the patient is overwhelmed with his flat back.

After the removal, the TLC doc gives her patient a treat, as she squeezes the cysts right in front of him. As we know, Dr Lee loves her food analogies, as once again she calls one of the cysts contents, “egg salad.” Nice!

Six weeks later, the doctor checks up on the patient, and he’s better than ever. As Dr Pimple Popper puts it, his “demons are finally gone.”
