Stanley was last seen earlier Wednesday around the 2500 block of Corner Shoals Drive in Decatur, according to police. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall, 140 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Stanley was last seen in a black jacket and blue jeans.
The police department said to call 911 or SVU at 770-724-7710 if anyone sees him.
