She was also at Whitney’s 1920s party in 2020, when the reality star said of her friend’s outfit: “Shari, you’ve outdone yourself, darling.” Whitney revealed she felt “helpless” while Shari fought colorectal cancer.
Shari added: “I was with her on Monday, and she couldn’t even get off the couch. I’m worried. I think we’re losing her. When I sat with her, that’s what we talked about – how she knows death is here.”

Shari Quai was a certified registered nurse anaesthetist. She posted a tribute to Shari on her birthday on July 4, and wrote: “To be honest it was a very difficult day.”
She added: “I spent most of the day in and out of tears. The 4th was not only Shari’s favorite holiday, it is also her birthday.” It had became a tradition to organize the “best firework show” for Shari’s birthday.
She also said that she had spent this year’s holiday with Shari’s husband and children. Shari is survived by her children, husband, four brothers Tyler, Chris, Jacob and Jordan, and her parents Michael and Patricia.
Shari Quai reunited with late child Eve
Shari’s obituary reveals the “courageous” woman is reunited with her late daughter, Eve Rose, who passed in 2017. Shari died on April 26, 2023, following a diagnosis of stage four colorectal cancer.
During her life, Shari achieved an undergraduate degree in nursing at BYU and her CNRA from Westminster College, where a lifelong dedication to medicine was instilled.
She was a mother-of-three and a wife to Josh, who founded the company Aive Aesthetics and Wellness. The obituary states that Shari “had a legendary zest for life which continues as her legacy”.
