Caroline Dill's Women's Soccer Recruiting Profile

Personal Statement

I would like my college experience to be a great balance of athletics, education and social life.   I have not decided on a major yet but leaning  towards life sciences or technology.  I have a sister that has gone to a Division 2 college to play soccer and is in nursing school with plans to get her Masters.   She plays Keeper for Southwestern Oklahoma State and as a freshman she made 1st Team All Conference in the Great American Conference.  I have seen how athletics has helped her transition to college life and bond with teammates.   I am looking forward to doing the same.

My dream, from a young age, was to be a professional keeper.   I started playing soccer when I was 4 years old and the passion for the game has grown over the years.   I understand that the odds are against my dream coming true, but if you know anything about me then you know I am good at beating the odds and always up for a challenge.

In soccer, I have been competing at the highest level offered in Austin since I was in 6th Grade.  (USDA / GA)  In 8th Grade (13yrs old) Lonestar had me play up on the U17 USDA team with most of my games being played on the  U16 USDA.   I will have played 3 years in a row for the U19USDA/GA by the end of my SR year.

I consistently push my skills and athletic ability to my limits and beyond.  I have received a lot of rewards but the one that means the most to me  is the "Spit Award",
For
Work Ethic & Grit, voted on by my team.

My Goal is to lead by example and to leave my team with no question, which team has the best Keeper.
