How To Gain Entry To Cainhurst Castle

First, you’ll need to get your hands on the Cainhurst Summons. This is an invitation to the castle, which acts as a key. You’ll find it in Iosefka’s Clinic. It is located in the room to the right of the roof entrance. Once you get it, head to Hemwick Charnel Lane, using the Witch’s Abode lamp (the one that unlocks when you defeat the Witch of Hemwick).

Leave the building, then go down the hill. You can safely ignore the enemies – they’ll stop following you soon enough. When you get to the clearing near the shortcut gate, deal with the two fat monsters with axes. Your best bet is to parry their attacks, then follow up with a Visceral attack of your own. After you’re done, you’ll see an obelisk in the middle of the clearing. Approach it, and a carriage will arrive. Once you board the carriage, it will take you to the gates of Forsaken Cainhurst Castle. As soon as you enter, you’ll get the Cainhurst silver trophy.

Be sure to explore the castle thoroughly. You’ll find many interesting items, get the chance to fight the boss Martyr Logarius and meet Annalise, the Blood Queen of Cainhurst.
