Personal Statement
I've been playing soccer for a total of 2 years. The majority of my teammates (who i have the honor of playing with) have played soccer most of their lives. I unfortunately did not have this privileged. I was the underdog. Every day was a challenge and my legs wanted to give out, but my heart wouldn't let me. I faced new giants, mentally and physically. I had to be patient, and by steps I had to learn. This allowed me to explore the detail of foot skills, and each move became a beat, soon I learned how to create a symphony. As time progressed, so did I. I was no longer afraid of my giants, I just out skilled them.
My goal is to have a family I can rely on and off the field. I'm that one small kid whose heart is larger than their body, and plays until her feet bleeds. I don't go down without a fight. Because all things are possible through Christ who strengthens me.
