Seize the Grey raced to the front of the field and into the history books by winning the Preakness and Saturday in Saratoga, New York at the Belmont Stakes, the colt and jockey Jaime Torres, will now look to add another Triple Crown race win to their resumes.

To do so they will have to outrun a lineup that includes Kentucky Derby winner Mystik Dan and runner-up Sierra Leone.

Will the D. Wayne Lukas-trained horse net his second victory in as many races or will another competitor, perhaps the mostly untested Mindframe, earn the win and provide the racing world with three winners in its most prestigious races?

Find out with these final predictions and a look at the odds and lineup for Saturday's race.

Final Prediction

Seize the Grey has had a monumental run over the last two races, winning the Pat Day Mile at Churchill Downs and the Preakness. He won as a frontrunner, with jockey Torres guiding him to a win.

His success should make him the favorite to leave Saratoga with another victory, but questions about fatigue have lured some away from him and to Sierra Leone.

The Kentucky Derby runner-up lost by a slim margin and after taking time off in between races he has many believing it will be his time to head to the winner's circle.

Trained by Chad Brown, he could benefit from the guidance of new jockey, Flavian Prat, who replaces Tyler Gaffalione. Brown made the change after Gaffalione's efforts landed the colt a nose short of winning the Derby.

Mindframe is an intriguing choice.

Though he has only competed in two races, he has dominated the field, leaving little doubt as to who the best horse was, winning by a combined 21 1/4 lengths. Seasoning could potentially be an issue, trainer Todd Pletcher admitted, but Mindframe's raw talent may be all he needs to capture the win out from underneath his more recognizable opposition.

Mystik Dan, the Derby winner, is as good a choice as any to make it two out of three in Triple Crown competition.

With all of that said, there is something about the way Seize the Grey has proven his ability to win from any position on the track, be it from the lead or via coming from behind. He has won at different levels, against a variety of competitors, and his team will look to prove that his victory in the Preakness was not a fluke.

When asked about potential issues with fatigue or mentality entering the race, Lukas told reporters, "I'm watching him mentally the last two weeks and watching him today, there's no reason why we won't get that same effort or better. No reason at all. We might walk over there and get a better effort."

A better effort for Seize the Grey means a win Saturday.
