Banks County Teacher Scandal – S*xual Misconduct Within School

Banks County Teacher scandal has been a part of every news report since it was uncovered. The principal and physical education teacher at Banks County Elementary School have been accused of having s*x within school premises.

Banks County Elementary School is a top-rated school where people send their children to get an education. But a new Banks County Board of Education report shows that a lot more unethical stuff has been happening within the school’s walls.

The Banks County Board of Education investigation revealed that the elementary school’s principal and physical education teacher had been in a romantic relationship for years.

The report not only has evidence to prove the relationship between Banks County Elementary School Principal Dr. Dana Simmons and PE teacher Dylan Charles but there is a photo that shows inappropriate s*xual activity that happened on campus.

Verdaillia Turner, President of the Georgia Federation of Teachers, said, “It should have never happened. It shows poor judgment, a lack of good character, and a lack of respect for the taxpayer’s property.”

The report also includes a statement from Dylan Charles, the accused physical education teacher, that he and Simmons routinely used the school to meet and engage in s*xual activities.

However, Simmons, the principal, has openly denied Charles’s statement. Simmons said she has never had s*x with Charles. She further stated that they had an “inappropriate friendship,” but did not elaborate on what that entailed.

The school officials have confirmed that Simmons and Charles have resigned since the investigation began.

Kelsey Charles, a 3rd-grade teacher at the Banks County Elementary School, resigned on Wednesday. According to the board of education report, she is reportedly Dylan Charles’ wife.

She told investigators she had proof of s*xual encounters between her husband and Principal Simmons.
