TEMPO.CO, Jakarta-Apple Inc claimed it will introduce a new model of iPhone and iPad on March 15. The company also planned to start selling the products in the same week, the 9to5Mac reported Sunday, February 14, 2016.
Apple will introduce a 4-inch display iPhone dubbed “iPhone 5se” as well as the latest iPad Air in the upcoming launch. According to the blog, Apple might not open a pre-order service for both products.
The weakening of iPhone sales growth has slightly shaken the giant-tech. A 0.4 percent growth in the first quarter was the lowest since the first iPhone launch in 2007.
The 4-inch display iPhone 5se is aiming consumers seeking a fast-performing device but are reluctant to switch to iPhone 6s and 6s Plus with larger display.
So far, Apple has yet made further statements regarding the rumor.
