Adam Rich’s sibling, Wayne, was five years younger than him. He worked as a child actor but soon left the industry.
Not much is known about him as he has kept his life undercover since he left his acting career. However, his brother Adam Rich gained fame in acting in childhood and continued working until his death.
Rich’s breakthrough performance came in the television series Eight Is Enough when many kids even adopted his character’s pageboy hairdo.
Before playing the youngest Bradford child, the childhood favorite had a few acting credits. He made an appearance in 1976’s The Six Million Dollar Man and 1977’s The City.
Adam Rich, a young cast member of “Eight Is Enough” on ABC, died at the age of 54.
Rich passed away on Saturday in the Los Angeles suburb of Brentwood, according to Lt. Aimee Earl of the Los Angeles County Medical-Examiner Coroner’s office.
Even though the cause of death was being investigated, there were no suspicious circumstances.
Who was Wayne, the only Adam Rich sibling?
Wayne was the only brother of Adam Rich. He was born to a father, Rob Richard’s mother, Francine, in the year 1963. The exact details of his birth month and date are not known yet.
As of 2023, he might be around 49 years old. The siblings belonged to a Jewish family background.
Wayne and his older brother Adam were raised in a suburban neighborhood in Granada Hills, California.
After graduating from high school in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, they moved to California a few years later.
The mother of the boys revealed to Fred Bernstein that Wayne began acting when he was six years old.
She remarked, “We wanted to give him the same chance that we offered Adam. But he wasn’t having fun. So he retired at seven.”
Wayne has not as yet given any official statement on the death of his brother.
